Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards!
Q: How do I get free shipping?

A: Place an order for $35 or more and we'll pay the shipping! If your order is less than $35, you only pay $3.99 for standard shipping.
Q: I know my shoe size, but what is my sock size?

A: All items on our site have a shoe to sock size chart located below the product picture, so finding your size is a snap!
Q: If I'm not satisfied, how do I return my purchase?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied and the socks/tights are in their original packaging, simply follow the instructions located at the top of the web site called "shipping and returns".
Q: When will my order ship?

A: Normally, all orders ship on the next business day after the purchase. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday normally ship the next Monday. In the event you order on a holiday or a holiday falls between your order and the next business day, your order will normally ship the following business day.

Q: Why am I still being charged for shipping when my order was over $35?

A: The free shipping will only apply on orders that are over $35 after all coupon codes and discounts are applied. If the total of your order is over $35 after the coupon code is applied email customer service at customerservice@socksinstock.com
